I had an very nice time! The One-Bedroom King Suite was perfect with a full kitchen that allowed us to enjoy family snacks whenever we wanted. Plus, the heated indoor pool and hot tub were absolute highlights for relaxing after a long day!

I had to deal with trash and towels myself because they weren't properly attended to. Breakfast options were adequate but lacked variety, and trying to find a seat during peak hours was a hassle.

my stay at homewood suites was wonderful! the one-bedroom king suite was spacious and had everything we needed, especially the large fridge and coffee. the location was great, with a huge mall nearby. the front desk staff went above and beyond when we lost my child's doll, which made us feel so cared for. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids!

my stay was fantastic as I found the hotel just a short drive from the Children's Museum at Holyoke and a lovely park view at Hampton Ponds State Park, making it perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the outdoors, while the staff were super friendly and the clean, comfortable rooms made for a truly relaxing weekend.
